1. Purpose & acceptance
These Terms of use govern access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and the content, trainings and resources offered on it. By browsing the Site, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge. The publisher strives to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, interrupt or limit it, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: disrupt its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, collect data from other users, or use its content for illegal purposes. Any fraudulent use may lead to prosecution.
4. Trainings, resources & payments
The Site presents services, trainings and downloadable resources. The descriptions are provided for information; the publisher provides them with care but does not guarantee specific commercial results, which depend on many factors outside its control (your product, budget, involvement, etc.).
Paid purchases (e.g. the online training) are processed through a third-party payment provider. The corresponding terms and any refund conditions are those displayed at the time of purchase on that provider's secure page.
Any figures, screenshots or testimonials shown on the Site are individual examples and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is protected (see the Legal notice). Purchasing a resource or training grants you a personal, non-transferable right of use; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights, and does not authorise resale or redistribution.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from it. You remain responsible for the use you make of the information provided.
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. The publisher cannot be held liable for any failure or damage resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including network failures, hosting incidents or the actions of third-party providers. Where the publisher's liability is established, it is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you actually paid, if any.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Côte d'Ivoire, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
